Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Value-added tax
- Customs clearance charges
- Local handling fees
- Brokerage or administration fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Ghazal.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, customs duties, taxes and import-related fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge. They are the responsibility of the recipient.
Ghazal cannot confirm the exact amount of these charges before delivery. Customers should contact their local customs authority for information before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for providing any information or identification requested by the destination country, customs authority or shipping carrier.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, fails to provide required information or does not collect the parcel, the parcel may be delayed, abandoned, destroyed or returned to Ghazal.
In such circumstances:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping and carrier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund
- Customs duties and related fees paid by Ghazal may be deducted where legally permitted
- Re-shipping will require payment of the new shipping charge
Ghazal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance, local authorities or the customer’s failure to provide the required information.
Nothing in this notice limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
